About Us

Elim Family Church

Elim Family Church (EFC) is a non‑denominational, evangelical Christian church based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a Christ‑centered spiritual community built on belief in the one true God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (the Trinity). EFC is a church without borders, embracing diversity and rejecting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, or background. We affirm that every individual is a unique creation of God, called to fulfill a divine purpose. As citizens of Heaven, we live on Earth with the mission of glorifying God and advancing His Kingdom. Our calling is to unite God’s children into a loving family centered on Jesus Christ, the mediator between God and humanity, who shows us how to live lives that honor God.

Who We Are

Our Vision

“Bind up the wounds of the brokenhearted in the name of Jesus Christ and lead them to the River of Life to quench their thirst.” (Isaiah 61:1b; Exodus 15:27)
“To be a Christ‑centered, Spirit‑filled community that transforms lives, empowers the next generation, and impacts the world with God’s love.”

Our Mission

“Preparing the Bride of Christ by teaching each generation to keep the Christian candle burning brightly and to leave a lasting legacy of faith.” We exist to glorify God by:

  • Preaching and teaching the uncompromised Word of God.
  • Discipling believers into spiritual maturity.
  • Raising godly leaders who impact both church and society.
  • Serving communities with love, justice, and compassion.
  • Equipping the next generation to walk in faith, excellence, and boldness.

Our Goal

  • Leadership Development: Raise a generation of leaders who will conquer the world through the power of God’s Word.
  • Practical Discipleship: Teach the Word of God with clarity and simplicity so it can be applied effectively in daily life.
  • Global Impact: Form “Pacific Conquerors for Christ” — disciples who influence families, communities, and nations with Kingdom values.

Pacific Conquerors Ministries (PCM) Vision

Vision: “Going Higher and Higher in Serving God and Humanity.”

Explanation: We empower individuals to embrace their full potential by growing deeper in their relationship with God and extending His love to humanity. This involves nurturing spiritual growth, fostering a strong sense of purpose, and inspiring acts of compassion and service.

This vision reveals that, in the Spirit, we carry two types of character. On one side, we are called to humility, like doves and lambs. On the other, we are endowed with boldness to enter into victory, like lions, eagles, and serpents.

Our spiritual character is like that of angels, equipped with wings to operate in the Spirit. We are like an eagle with two wings that enable us to soar and to transform the world into a better place than we found it—conquering the world for Jesus Christ in victory (Romans 8:37–39). The right wing represents the nature of God revealed through the nine gifts of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:8–10), while the left wing represents the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–24).

PCM Vision

1. The Spiritual Pillar – Elim Family Church

This represents the faith‑building arm of our vision. It is the place where God nurtures His people, training and preparing believers to grow spiritually. Through a “Training of Trainers” model, we equip disciples who, in turn, are able to train and mentor others. This pillar serves as the spiritual nursery that cultivates faith and maturity in Christ.

2. The Socio‑Economic Development Pillar – Faith in Action

This pillar is the practical expression of our faith. It focuses on outreach and community impact, where we live out and implement the values of the Gospel. Here, faith is translated into action through service, empowerment, and practical initiatives that transform lives and communities.

The Elim Family Church is under the Spiritual Pillar as the cornerstone of Pacific Conquerors Ministries and plays a central role in nurturing the individual members of the family as a unified body of Christ Jesus. This pillar operates in a holistic framework of the vision‑bearer’s intent for enhancing spiritual growth and fostering a sense of belonging to the community in the fulfillment of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Spiritual Pillar is composed of church internal structures such as ministries including Worship, Evangelism, Bible Study and Prayer Warriors, Hospitality, Couples, Home Cells, Youth, and Sunday School for children, among others.
